I first heard about this "autocross" thing in an article that appeared in the Boulder Daily Camera in 2003 (written by a guy named Hsun). After coming to spectate at a couple of events and taking a ride in a turbocharged Integra, I was blown away. I ran my first event on Feb 22, 2004, and was hooked. I have hardly missing any local autocross events since then.

Racing cars is a dream come true for me. I have always enjoyed adrenaline-fueled sports, driving, tinkering with things, and amassing knowledge. I enjoy the process of building and tuning cars almost as much as racing them. I eventually learned that having fun is more important than being competitive, but earning a trophy is always nice. I try to drive my personal best at every event, and to learn the limits of whatever car I am driving.. and enjoy trying my skills in whoever else's car I can get my hands on.
